Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms govern your access to and use of PocOS (the “Service”). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the salon you represent.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account, including the actions of any employees you invite. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any suspected unauthorized use.
3. Subscription & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually per salon. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including reverse engineering, abusing rate limits, transmitting unlawful content, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to other tenants' data.
5. Your data
You own your salon's data. We process it on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy and DPA. We never sell customer data.
6. AI features
AI-generated insights are advisory only. You are responsible for decisions made based on those insights. We do not warrant that AI outputs are error-free.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You can export your data for 30 days after termination.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
