Delete your Pocos account
Account deletion is permanent and is not reversible once confirmed.
Delete from inside the app
This is the fastest route and needs no request. In the Pocos app, open Profile (or More, if you are signed in to a business) and tap Delete my account. The app names every workspace that goes and how many people lose access before you confirm. Deletion happens immediately.
What deletion removes
Your account and sign-in methods, your customer profile at every business you booked with, your conversations, and any workspace you own — including its appointments, customers, employees and services. Deleting an owner's account deletes that business's data with it, so transfer ownership first if the business is to continue.
What we keep, and for how long
Records we are legally required to retain — invoices and payment records for tax purposes — are kept for the statutory period and are not linked to a usable account. Backups roll off within 30 days. Nothing is retained for marketing.
If you cannot open the app
Use the form below with the email address on the account. We confirm the request by replying to that address, so a request naming an address you cannot receive mail at cannot be actioned. Expect completion within 30 days, usually far sooner.
